Our Branch Manager

Jack Malpass first joined the team in 2017. He started as a Funeral Operative based at our Head Office before progressing on to arranging and conducting funerals.

He was then appointed Branch Manager in 2021 and now oversees the day-to-day running of Black Country Funerals.

In 2021 he gained his Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration intending to further his knowledge and qualifications in 2023. Jack is a valued member of our team and will always go above and beyond for the families he is privileged to serve.
