FUNERALS FOR CHILDREN

At Black Country Funeral Services, we have trained professional Funeral Directors who are caring, understanding and sympathetic. We will offer guidance and support in a professional and personal manor. We are compassionate and understanding, we will listen to you and help you organise a Funeral Service that best reflects your child. Whatever arrangements you wish to make we will do our utmost to ensure that your requirements are met. We pledge to go above and beyond.

We have a state-of-the-art Private Chapel of Rest fitted with sensory mood lighting dedicated for parents, family and friends to say their goodbye. We encourage you to bring in personal items such as family photos, teddies and toys to ensure your loved one is comfortable whilst in our care.

If you need to arrange the funeral of a child under the age of 18 years, we don't charge any Funeral Director fees.

The government announced The Children's Funeral Fund in 2019, this fund covers the cost of the crematorium or cemetery fees for a still born child after 24 weeks of pregnancy or a child up to the age of 18 years. This means there would be no cremation or burial fees to pay.
